Igshaan Adams (b. 1982) from Cape Town, South Africa, is internationally renowned for impressive exhibitions that have received excellent reviews, and Akershus Kunstsenter is proud to introduce Adams to a Norwegian audience for the first time. With this exhibition we invite the viewers into a textile world where the main components are thread and rope, beads and found material, which is woven, intertwined and sculptured.
