Astrup Fearnley Museet is delighted to present Chinese contemporary art with the exhibition Chinese Summer, June 2017. China is a sign of a power, resilience and dynamism in the new millennium: it has shifted globally from the cultural periphery to the center, and the artists wish to stay in the country because they are intrigued by their homeland and are eager to be a part of its future development. Chinese Summer will feature some of the most dynamic activities now taking place in this region.
